Jack Mullins - Master Hair Designer & Matrix Mentor
The Eleven West Salon & Spa Mentor and certified Logics colorist, Jack has been a designer in the industry for 40 years. While he enjoys all facets of the business, cut and color is his specialty. Jack keeps his career strong and current by regular educational updates. While he is known for his incredible "classic" up-do''s and formal styles and would call himself a classic hairstylist, his talents can infuse a trendy or edgy look without exception. Congratulations Jack on recently attending the "In the Zone" cut and color class at the Matrix Global Academy in NYC!! Jack also attended the MATRIX DESTINATION in Las Vegas in June. Most recently, in July, Jack attended the Matrix Global Academy in NYC for the "Scene in Manhanttan" class of cutting and coloring.

Robyn Robbins - Owner/Master Hair Designer
Robyn has been in the industry for 24 years as a salon professional, and a salon owner since 2000. Mom to four, she loves industry and the creativity, inspiration, and energy it generates. It is very rewarding to own a business where your main goal and objective is to create an experience for guests to feel and look their best. In designing Eleven West, it was important to create an atmosphere that guests would feel comfortable in and enjoy. Robyn has attended the Logics Global Color Forum's in Miami and in New York City at the Matrix Global Academy, and is a certified Logics colorist. She feels very blessed to work with her dream team of incredible, talented and dedicated professionals working with her everyday, making a difference in the lives of people and community. Robyn attended the Matrix Global Academy in NYC in July for the "Scene in Manhattan" class of cutting and coloring.

Danielle Fortune - Hair Designer Danielle is one of the star designers of Eleven West. Her specialties include formal wear, color and the latest cutting trends. She has been trained in the infamous Vidal Sassoon cutting techniques and is a certified Logics colorist. Her positive and energetic personality make her a pleasure to work with when exploring your hair's possibilities. James graduated from the Aveda Institute after a life long background in Fine Arts. He feels his background in sculpture and painting compliments his art as a stylist. He claims that people are his favorite subject in any medium and loves working with them whether they are in his chair or in the studio.

Kim has been in the salon industry for over two years. Experienced in all different hair textures, Kims goal is to make sure you leave her chair feeling as awesome as you look!! She has refined her knowledge in mens clipper cuts and is known as our salon specialist in mens cutting, including a GREAT bald fade!! She has an extensive amount of education in her background from Aveda, L'Oreal Professional, TIGI and Matrix. Joanna Withrow - Hair Designer Mother of two, Joanna always dreamed of being in this industry. She was trained in the Vidal Sasson Cutting System and is a certified Logics colorist. Her passion is color and making people feel and look great. Communication and consultation are a big part of her technique, she believes that is what connects designer and guest and is one of her biggest priorities while you are in her chair.
