SALON POLICIES
Scheduling at Eleven West Salon & Spa is done so that there is appropriate time to complete services for each and every valuable guest. Therefore, we would like your help in being punctual. Arriving late for your appointment will shorten your appointment time; as a courtesy to the guest following you.
We require a 24 hour notice when canceling appointments. Failure to do will result in a 50% charge of the service you are canceling.
Services have a limited time guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason during that period we will provide that service again at no cost to you. No cash refunds.
We are dedicated to providing you with the very best service, surroundings and experience at Eleven West Salon & Spa. To help us provide you with a relaxing atmospherey. If your child does accompany you, we ask that they remain in the comfort of our reception area.
All Spa Packages, Bridal Packages, Opti-Smooth Services and Extenstion Service Appointments, will be reserved with a credit card number.
We ask that you call generously in advance when booking a spa or wedding package. This will ensure you the best availablility for scheduling your day.
Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts and can be purchased in any amount, specific service or package. Gift Certificates expire ONE YEAR from date of purchase and are NOT transferable and cannot be extended. Please remember when making your appointments on a gift certificate that failure to cancel or show for the booked appointment will render your gift certificate used. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept Mater Card, Visa & Discover. There is a returned check fee of $25.00
